株式会社ABAL（以下、当社といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

1. 個人情報の定義
   「個人情報」とは，個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。
2. 個人情報の収集方法
   当社は、ユーザーが利用登録をする際に氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、ユーザーと提携先などとの間でなされたユーザーの個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当社の提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下、｢提携先｣といいます。）などから収集することがあります。
3. 個人情報を収集・利用する目的
   当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は，以下のとおりです。
   1. 当社サービスの提供・運営のため
   2. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
   3. 利用規約に違反したユーザーや、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとするユーザーの特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
   4. ユーザーにご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
   5. 各種サービスのご案内やお知らせをする等、マーケティング（SNSへのイベント写真等の投稿を含む）で利用するため
   6. 上記の利用目的に付随する目的
4. 法令、国が定める指針、その他の規範の遵守
   当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、また各分野におけるガイドライン、その他の関係法令等を遵守するとともに、一般に公正妥当と認められる個人情報の取扱に関する慣行に準拠し、適切に取扱います。
5. 個人情報保護のための安全管理策
   当社では、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の漏洩、破壊、滅失、毀損等を防止するための適切なセキュリティー対策を実施しております。また、これらを徹底するため、個人情報の取扱に関する規定を明確にし、従業員等への教育・監督をおこなっています。

• Each ticket is valid only once per person
• Tickets other than the specified date and time will be invalid
• Please note that tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded on the day of use due to customer reasons.
• If you enter the web ticket before entering, it will become invalid (for the Mogiri ticket).
• Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (damage, loss, forgetting, etc.)
• Business hours may change or be canceled due to natural disasters or equipment troubles
• Depending on crowd conditions, you may be asked to wait for entry.
• Reselling tickets for profit or listing them on social media or auctions is strictly prohibited
• If unauthorized transfer or resale of tickets is discovered, entry will be denied

[Clothing]

• For safety, wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
• If your hands are hidden in your sleeves, you may not be able to experience them properly, so if you have longer sleeves, please do so with the sleeves turned up

[Footwear]

• Footwear with heels over 5cm, platform soles, shoes exposing toes or heels, or other footwear that may interfere with a safe VR experience is not permitted
• If the cast determines that the VR experience may be interfered, they may ask you to change into rental shoes

[Hairstyle]

• If you can't wear goggles due to your hairstyle, such as ponytails or buns, loosen your hair or tie it at a low position

[Accessories]

• Please remove any accessories that may interfere with putting on the goggles or that may drop or get caught
• Please remove accessories such as earrings and earrings
• You may use the goggles while wearing glasses, but depending on the shape and size, goggles may not be available
• With progressive glasses (including progressive contact lenses), you may not be able to watch comfortably

If the cast determines that safety cannot be ensured during the experience, we may refuse to attend

• Face photos will be taken to experience VR content
• Photography is allowed within the VR content
  You may appear in photos taken by other customers
• Photos and videos taken by customers may be used solely for private purposes, provided they do not inconvenience other customers
  ※Please be careful when posting on social media or other platforms.
• Guests may be filmed during program recordings or still photography within the VR experience facility.
• Please note that these may be used for reporting, advertising, various media, products, and other purposes

• When attaching, attaching, or removing specialized equipment, or when deemed necessary for safety, staff may touch you
  Thank you for your understanding in advance.
• If you do not follow safety rules or staff instructions, your experience may be declined or may be canceled midway
• We assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, accidents, damage, trouble, theft, or other damage to accessories such as glasses while using this VR
